The Path to Freedom

A two-sided coin:

The truth that sets us free is a two-sided coin. On one side, we must understand the truth about what is happening in the heart. On the other, we must understand how God’s truth transforms the wounded and broken places in the heart into wholeness and peace.

Whatever your level of brokenness, God’s word promises that he will find the root of your brokenness and heal your heart.

O Lord, you have searched me and known me. … you understand my thoughts from afar.
Psalm 139:1-2
The Spirit helps our weakness, for we do not know how … and he who searches the heart knows …
Romans 8:26-27
The Lord is near to the brokenhearted, and saves those who are crushed in spirit.
Psalm 34:18
